Human Resources Challenges in the Age of AI

How is Artificial Intelligence really changing the way companies manage talent? This round-table discussion brings together executives and HR professionals to answer this question based on organisations’ real-world experience.

The DemIA Chair at the University of Salamanca will be taking part in this event, organised in collaboration with the General Foundation of the University of Salamanca and the El Tormes Shopping Centre, which is designed to enable companies and HR managers to share how AI is having a direct impact on their day-to-day work.

During the session, 20 companies will take the floor in a fast-paced format, with two minutes per organisation, to outline our main challenges in the age of AI and a best practice we are currently applying in people management.

The format is designed to go beyond theory: to hear real-life experiences, identify common trends across organisations and foster meaningful discussion amongst industry professionals.

Furthermore, the event will provide an opportunity for active networking, where we can all connect, exchange contact details and open up new opportunities for collaboration.

The aim is clear: to understand the transformation of HR from within the companies themselves and to forge valuable connections around the future of talent and AI.
